These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Array mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By using Array, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services, create an account, or purchase a subscription.

By using Array, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
  • you will use the Services in compliance with applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you do not meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Your Account

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • keep your account information updated;
  • keep your login credentials secure; and
  • be responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our negligence or a security failure on our side.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or if we reasonably believe your account presents legal, operational, or security risk.

4. The Services

Array provides an AI-powered fashion discovery and shopping experience. Depending on availability, features may include:

  • AI stylist recommendations
  • outfit building
  • trend-based discovery
  • virtual try-on
  • product similarity and comparison
  • wardrobe or saved-look tools
  • links to third-party retailers
  • premium subscription features

We may add, remove, improve, or change features from time to time.

5. Important Service Disclaimers

5.1 AI Stylist and Recommendations

Array uses artificial intelligence to generate styling suggestions, product recommendations, outfit ideas, and related outputs. These are provided for informational and shopping-support purposes only.

We do not guarantee that:

  • any recommendation will match your personal preferences exactly;
  • suggested products will always be available;
  • suggested items will suit a particular body type, occasion, or wardrobe need; or
  • AI outputs will always be accurate, complete, or error-free.

5.2 Virtual Try-On

Virtual try-on results are illustrative AI-generated outputs intended to help you visualize products.

They are not guaranteed to represent:

  • exact fit;
  • exact size suitability;
  • fabric behavior or drape;
  • exact color rendering under all lighting conditions; or
  • real-life product appearance in every situation.

5.3 Product Information

Product data shown through Array may come from third-party brands, affiliate feeds, partners, or external data sources. We do not guarantee that prices, stock status, descriptions, or images are always current or error-free.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

6.1 Paid Plans

Some features of Array may only be available through a paid subscription (“Subscription”).

Subscription benefits may include, for example:

  • additional virtual try-ons;
  • enhanced AI stylist usage;
  • premium outfit generation;
  • expanded wardrobe tools;
  • higher usage limits; and
  • early access to features.

The exact features, price, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be shown to you before purchase.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider or app store to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

6.3 Apple App Store Billing

If you purchase your Subscription through Apple’s App Store:

  • Apple acts as the payment processor and merchant of record;
  • your subscription is billed through your Apple ID account;
  • renewals are handled by Apple; and
  • cancellations and refund requests must be made through your Apple subscription settings and Apple’s refund process.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time.

If you subscribed through Apple, you must cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.

6.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing in the future. If we do, we will provide notice before the new pricing takes effect. Any price change will apply from a later billing period or renewal, not retroactively.

6.6 Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

If you subscribed through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s own refund rules and processes.

6.7 Immediate Access to Digital Services

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree that access to digital services may begin immediately after purchase. Where required by law, you acknowledge that this may affect any statutory cancellation rights once digital services have started.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Photos, Uploads, and Virtual Try-On Content

If you upload photos, images, prompts, or other content (“User Content”), you confirm that:

  • you own that content or have permission to use it;
  • the content does not infringe any third-party rights;
  • the content is lawful; and
  • the content does not contain harmful, offensive, or prohibited material.

You grant Array.ai Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, analyze, and display your User Content solely to provide, improve, secure, and support the Services, including virtual try-on and personalization features.

You remain responsible for the content you upload.

We may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or applicable law.

8. Third-Party Retailers and Purchases

Array may link to products, brands, retailers, or marketplaces operated by third parties.

If you click through from Array to a third-party retailer and complete a purchase:

  • that purchase contract is between you and the third-party retailer, not Array.ai Ltd;
  • the retailer’s own terms, privacy policy, shipping, and returns rules apply; and
  • Array is not responsible for that retailer’s products, delivery, stock, refunds, or customer service.

Array may receive affiliate or referral commissions from some links.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services without permission;
  • upload content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or infringing;
  • use bots or automation to abuse the Services;
  • interfere with security or technical protections; or
  • use Array in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Array, including software, design, branding, text, databases, features, and proprietary content, belong to Array.ai Ltd or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services.

11. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may suspend, withdraw, update, or modify all or part of the Services for maintenance, security, legal, or commercial reasons.

Where a change materially affects paying subscribers, we will act reasonably and provide notice where appropriate.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to digital content and services under applicable consumer law.

We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill, as required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses;
  • we are not liable for losses caused by third-party retailers or external services;
  • we are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs except where caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill; and
  • if you are using the Services as a consumer, we are only responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence.

We are not responsible for business losses where you use the Services for non-consumer purposes.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you materially breach these Terms;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
  • we are required to do so by law; or
  • continued provision of the Services would create legal, operational, or security risk.

Where appropriate, we will try to give notice and, where reasonable, an opportunity to remedy the issue.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will publish the revised Terms and update the “Last Updated” date. Where appropriate, we may also notify you through the app, by email, or before your next subscription renewal.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable.
